    Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned. We sell these products as "Final Sale" to maintain such significant discounts. If you are concerned that you may wish to return an item, please check whether it is "Final Sale" prior to making your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage by email to the support email address above within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. Please note that there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to honor your return. Otherwise we hold a 14 day return policy. Please let us know if you have any concerns. Acceptance of a return is within our sole discretion.

  • What if my item arrived damaged?

Please send a picture of the item within 48 hours of receiving it and send it to us to the support email at the bottom of this page. Depending on the item we'll either instruct you to send it back to us or we might offer store credit.

  • Why are some of your items marked "final sale"?

We mark our products "final sale" in order to maintain such significant discounts. Also do to availability from the manufacturer and origin of the item.

  • What if my apparel item doesn't fit?

Unfortunately, if an item is marked "final sale" it cannot be returned or refunded. Please check our sizing charts before ordering. If this doesn't answer your concern, contact us at our support email at the bottom of this page.  

  • What if I simply don't like my item?

If the item is not marked "final sale" then simply contact us for return instructions. Otherwise, please refer to our return policy mentioned above and be sure to read the descriptions of the item carefully before purchasing.   • What if I wasn't able to get to my damaged item within 48 hours?

Contact us with a detailed explanation and we'll do our best to help you. Please understand that refund or acceptance of a return is at our sole discretion.
